We live everyday
We die once..
But we live every single day—
in every thought we repeat,
every reaction we choose,
every moment we meet with awareness or with distraction.
Life is not one grand event waiting at the end.
It is this breath.
This step.
This sunrise.
This chance to respond with wisdom instead of habit.
In Buddhist teaching, suffering does not come from death.
It comes from unlived days—
days spent clinging, rushing, resenting, postponing peace for “someday.”
Each day is a rebirth.
Each moment is a choice.
You can live unconsciously, trapped in fear and craving—
or you can live awake, present, and free.
You don’t need another lifetime to begin again.
You only need this one moment, lived fully.
Because death is inevitable.
But a meaningful life is a daily practice.
Live today.
Live consciously.
Live with compassion.
That is the Buddhist reminder. 🙏
