During the massage the client felt extremally emotional, like a wave of stress being released from her system. Her muscle tension around her should area had reduced and didn’t feel as ‘tight’.
My client was extremally surprised at how much tension she had in her calf area, after the massage her legs felt lighter, this was one of her favorite parts of the massage which surprised her.
She felt very relaxed, peaceful and sleepy directly after the treatment, although during the pressure point she felt a slight discomfort this did not take away from the relaxation of the massage as she focused on her breathing.
Her skin felt smoother, and she managed to keep the oil on until the next morning, as she stated she loved the smell of the massage blend.
She has continued to feel the effects of the massage as she has managed to a great sleep, managed to sleep straight through the night, her work colleagues also commented on how much happier she looked.
Over the course of a few days she noticed a difference in her sleep pattern and her muscular aches and pains had eased. She is trying to include self-care time into her daily routine, incorporating the pressure points Liver 3 (L3) & Spleen (SP6) for regulating her mood and relieving pain
She has booked in for another treatment in two weeks’ time.
