What an absolutely beautiful day it was today! I really enjoyed my morning walk with Scooby. The sunshine was such a welcome interlude from the cold wet weather we have been having recently. It felt very springlike…not long now, the birds were much chattier than they have been, the bulbs are starting to peek through the soil ready to burst into life again. January doesn’t need big promises or dramatic reinvention. Sometimes it’s simply about taking proper care of yourself and giving your body a chance to reset. Small acts of self care do slowly add up.
