Missed Appointment Policy

Life happens — I totally get it! Sometimes things come up and you can’t make it to your appointment. All I ask is that you give me a little notice so I can offer your spot to another client who needs some relaxation time.

If an appointment is missed the following charges will apply:

Missed appointments (no-shows): You’ll receive an invoice for part cost of the session that was booked. This will also apply to late clients, I can give a 5 to 10 min discrepancy but please make me aware. Any longer than this with no warning will be classed as a no show and will be charged accordingly.

I have not done this for 4 years but it is my job and unfortunately I can't afford it anymore for people to not show up if they have booked in. I hope you all understand 💜

Charges are based on your appointment length:

30-minute session: £10

60-minute session: £15

I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen — if that’s the case, please reach out and I’ll do my best to work something out.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for respecting my time (and the time of other clients, too). Your cooperation helps me keep things running smoothly and ensures everyone gets their chance to unwind. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
