Good afternoon everyone! 🥾👣

After a busy few months on maternity leave I will be returning to work on Tuesday 2nd November 2021 and my diary is now open for appointments! Please feel free to get in touch with me if you'd like to book an appointment but I will also try and phone everyone individually. *👣 UPDATE 👣*

The College of Podiatry have just informed us that as of Monday 1st June 2020, we can begin treating our “Green” patients. These are patients with “mild conditions” and only if the patient is deemed not suitable for remote consultation or advice ✅

Patients will still be triaged and screened for COVID-19 symptoms before the appointment.

There will also be a few changes when you arrive for your appointment:

• I will be wearing full PPE (which includes apron, gloves, visor & mask).

•There will be built in gaps between all my patients to allow time for cleaning and sanitising the room.

•Upon entering I would kindly ask that you sanitise you’re hands with the gel I provide.

•If you wish to wear any of your own masks or gloves etc. that’s absolutely fine too👍

Please if you have any questions give me a call - I will be happy to discuss anything further over the phone or make an appointment for you if needed.

Morning all 🌸

As a health care professional I will remain open for business but instead offering telephone consultation to triage and only open for emergency treatments such as wound care & infection.

This is to keep everyone safe in this unusual and worrying time. I appreciate your concerns and I’m here to help if I can.

Good Morning everyone 🌻

Due to recent events I’m hoping this will provide reassurance to those who need it.
For me this is the standard but always a good idea to have it written down.

Clients:
If you have a new and continuous cough and/or high temperature do not attend your appointment - current advice is to self isolate for 7 days (Do not attend your GP or hospital).

If you’re unwell; sickness, diahorrea etc it’s always best to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible.

On my part I’ll be taking the same hygienic precautions as I do every day;

✅ Handwashing
✅ Alcohol gel
✅ Disposable gloves & aprons
✅ All surfaces anti bac wiped between clients
✅ Fresh set of sterilised instruments per client
✅ Clinic thoroughly cleaned at end of each day

There will also be tissues, hand washing facilities and alcohol gel available for use 👍

There is no need to panic but good to have a few things in place. Thanks for your co-operation at this time 🤗

Happy New Year everyone!

I am officially back to work in my new clinic as of today! Once again thank you all for keeping me so busy and of course your patience over these past few months.
