What to bring to our Mat Pilates classes

A soft Pilates cushion
A small cushion can offer additional support and help with alignment throughout your practice. I often recommend investing in one so you can continue to support your body both in class and at home.

Grip socks (or barefoot)
We don’t wear shoes in class. Grip socks are a great option to prevent slipping, while providing comfort, stability, and control when you need it most. We also have our own branded socks available.

A quality mat
I always encourage clients to have their own mat. A good quality mat makes a noticeable difference to your comfort and support, and allows you to continue your practice beyond the studio.

Water
Staying hydrated is essential. While Pilates is low impact, it can still be dehydrating. Mineral water can be particularly helpful in supporting hydration and reducing fatigue or muscle cramps.
