•Whipped Yoghurt Pots•

A little dreamy, a little creamy — the perfect way to start your day or enjoy as a nourishing after-dinner treat.

Made with wholefood ingredients to gently support your gut health, mood, and balanced blood sugar, these pots are as satisfying as they are feel-good without the added sugar 🤍

🥥 Almond and coconut 🥥

Base: crushed weetabix or digestive mixed with some coconut milk, press down into the base of a little pot

Middle: Whip some natural yoghurt with some coconut milk/cream, drop of Vanilla bean essence & a drop of coconut flavouring

Top: Topped with flaked almonds

🍋 Raspberry & lemon 🍋

Base: ground almonds and raspberries mashed together with a drop of vanilla essence

Middle: whip some natural yoghurt with a drop of vanilla bean essence and lemon flavouring

Top: fresh raspberries

• Gentle Pilates is ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for a gentle-paced, calming flow. Lots of cueing to help you understand the Pilates principles.

• Mixed Level Pilates offers a more dynamic approach and is perfect for with good health who are seeking greater challenge, fewer breaks, and progressive layering. You would already be familiar with Pilates and its principles.
