Amazing news 🤩 due to such high demand for an evening Pilates class, Lauren has added another class on a Tuesday night at 6pm
An energising class guided by the main principles of Pilates - alignment, breathing and control. The aim of these sessions is to challenge, gently build strength, tone muscles, target the core and improve body awareness. Expect a flow that creates a feel good muscle burn! These sessions use light weights and props to enhance your Pilates practice. The instructor will provide options to allow you to move at your own pace and challenge yourself when comfortable. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in before your class starts. Mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat too.
