We are exploring the possibility of offering psychology-based group sessions at FHG . Studio and would love to hear what people might find helpful!
These would be small supportive groups, facilitated by a psychological therapist, and would be designed to share practical tools, increase understanding of how our mind works and connect with others who may be going through something similar.
We are currently considering groups on topics such as:
- managing stress and overwhelm
- coping with anxiety and worry
- improving sleep and sleep habits
- emotional or binge eating
- Support for carers (i.e., if you care for a loved one, partner or friend)

At this stage we are fishing interest so we can shape groups in a way that work best for folk.
