Another Bioclean Service today for a new customer in Shelby. 💧🛠💪

A well looked after Wellis Kilimanjaro hot tub which had its logo flashing red (indicating a fault in the system) on our arrival to site.

After further inspection we noticed the UV bulb has seen the end of its life, resulting in the UV monitor alarming which was the cause of the flashing LED.

New UV bulb quoted for and return visit booked in for a few days time to fit. Tubs back to its former glory and another happy customer 😀

Another emergency callout for a long standing customer to ensure their holiday let's hot tub doesn't have any downtime for their guests!

Received a message asking for immediate assistance due to a perished filter lid seal. This seal is detrimental to the tub to ensure the system is airtight and pressurised.

Quick drive through to the site and a new seal installed 😎

Tub was absolutely gleaming until Ahh Some worked it's usual magic and brought all the biofilm to the surface 🤮🤮🤮

Emergency call out for a regular customer across the Lakes at this lovely Log Cabin site that we maintain annually. 🕐🛠

First issue was DR & SNS errors relating to the heater and flow from the pump.

Heater element seals had perished and the internal element/sensors had seen better days! 🫨🫨🫨

New 2kw Heater installed to ensure minimal downtime time so everybody's happy 😊

A few photos from a previous Bioclean service we carried out for a new customer in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Customer was complaining about loss of power to his 1 speed pump, after diagnosis we found the capacitors and wet end were perfectly stable and operational.

Afterwards we tested the relays on this Gecko YJ3 SpaPack to only discover both relays for pump 1/2 had failed.

We managed to compete the service by connecting the pump temporarily to a direct live to push the Ahh Some through the system.

Pump disconnected until our revisit and a new YJ3 Board quoted for replacement.
