Pump bearings were making an absolute racket on arrival. New pump installed for minimum down time to the customer and their guests 💪

Another emergency call out for a regular log cabin site we maintain regarding a SNS error.

Quick simple job (for a change!). Tubs sorted, heating and ready for the next guest within a few hours notice!

We even had the pleasure of accompanying this better seen days snow man on this lovely British weather this afternoon ⛄️❄️

We always strive to keep our holiday let's and Air BnBs fully running and complacent with the regulations to minimise down time, which in turn maximises these rentals profits!

All in a cold days work 💪🤣🥶

Another Bioclean Service today for a new customer in Shelby. 💧🛠💪

A well looked after Wellis Kilimanjaro hot tub which had its logo flashing red (indicating a fault in the system) on our arrival to site.

After further inspection we noticed the UV bulb has seen the end of its life, resulting in the UV monitor alarming which was the cause of the flashing LED.

New UV bulb quoted for and return visit booked in for a few days time to fit. Tubs back to its former glory and another happy customer 😀

Annual Bioclean Service for another long standing customer in Solihull.

Couple of mismatched LEDs to swap over and all appropriate seals and gaskets replaced where necessary. 🛠💪

Another emergency callout for a long standing customer to ensure their holiday let's hot tub doesn't have any downtime for their guests!

Received a message asking for immediate assistance due to a perished filter lid seal. This seal is detrimental to the tub to ensure the system is airtight and pressurised.

Quick drive through to the site and a new seal installed 😎

Tub was absolutely gleaming until Ahh Some worked it's usual magic and brought all the biofilm to the surface 🤮🤮🤮
