The body has a natural mechanism to release stress.

You may have noticed it before, shaking after a shock, trembling when overwhelmed, or subtle vibrations when deeply relaxed.

This is not something we need to create.

It’s something we allow.

In this Neurogenic Yoga class, we use simple postures and breath to gently activate this response in a safe and supported way.

The shaking or vibration is never forced, and you remain in control throughout.

This is what helps regulate the nervous system and release long-held tension.

Do you ever feel like your body just can’t switch off?

Even when you try to relax, there’s still tension, restlessness, or a sense of being wired.

This is often the nervous system still holding activation.

This Friday morning class blends yoga and TRE® principles to support the body in releasing stored tension naturally.

Using simple postures and breath, we gently activate the body’s innate shaking response, a completely natural mechanism that helps regulate the nervous system.

Nothing is forced. You remain in control at all times.

TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle practice that allows the body to release accumulated stress and tension through its natural tremor response.

Many of us carry stress in the nervous system without realising it. TRE offers a safe and guided way for the body to discharge that tension and return to a more regulated state.
This small-group workshop is ideal if you are feeling: • overwhelmed or stressed
• physically tense or tight
• curious about how the body releases stress naturally

Thrive is a quiet, regulation-focused wellbeing studio located right next to the train station; accessible yet discreet.

The treatment room is fully furnished and intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation:
• Adjustable treatment couch
• Soft ambient lighting (non-flicker, low stimulation)
• Storage space
• Lounge area for clients to settle before sessions
• Flexible hourly rental

This space would suit a responsible, reliable practitioner who values professionalism, integrity, and a grounded working environment.

If you’ve been feeling tense, overwhelmed, or like your body just doesn’t fully switch off… this workshop is for you.

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a simple, body-based practice that activates the body’s natural tremor response; a built-in mechanism designed to discharge stress.

Most of us suppress this response. Over time, stress accumulates in the nervous system as tightness, anxiety, fatigue, or reactivity.

During this half-day workshop, you will:
• Learn how stress affects the nervous system
• Be safely guided through the TRE® process
• Experience deep release in a supported environment
• Leave with tools to continue the practice at home

This is not about reliving trauma.
It’s about restoring regulation.

Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to ensure safety and depth.
