3 Tips to Protect Your Spine (and Your Sanity) Before Christmas 🎄
The run-up to Christmas can feel like a full-body workout… but not the good kind.
Here are 3 ways to stay calm and keep your spine happy:
1. Don’t Carry Christmas on Your Shoulders
Literally. When shopping, balance bags between both arms and avoid overloading one side. Your spine will thank you!
2. Take Stretch Breaks
Wrapping gifts, cooking, long drives to visit family, all of it adds up.
Try a few gentle stretches every hour to ease tension and improve circulation.
3. Breathe, then Plan
Overwhelm hits hard when we’re rushing. Pause, breathe deeply, and jot down your top 3 priorities. Stress impacts posture—calm helps you stand taller.
