Today we had our first High Tea at Downs House.
Safe to say it was a great success lots of smiles and laughter.
All enjoying freshly made sandwiches and cakes,
While our residents got to know new faces.
This is something we have wanted to do a while to bring our community together targeting people who live alone or don’t get out as much as they would like, making new friends and connections along the way.

To start the Valentine’s love we made valentines mocktails.
They were delicious 😋
We will certainly be revisiting these in the summer.
With our little notes of kindness we send Lots of love and smiling faces from our home to yours ❤️

Today was a very proud day for all at Downs House and Stroud house.

In 2025 we planned a fete and festival at our care homes to raise funds to help local people in our area living with Dementia.

Dementia Friendly Petersfield volunteer their time to support and lay on free events and activities in our community out of the kindness off there hearts,
So today we wanted to help them help others.
So we surprised them with our cheque
In total we raised a whopping 🌟 £3584 🌟

We will continue to support this amazing charity
With the amazing work they do in our community.
Thank you all for you kind donations we are very grateful 💙
