Have you ever taken a break from Pilates and then remembered how good it made you feel?

Life gets busy — work, family, and everything in between can take over. But the wonderful thing about Pilates is that it’s always there for you when you’re ready to return.

One of my lovely clients Victoria recently shared this heartfelt testimonial after rejoining my Pilates classes in Petersfield:

“Due to work commitments and then COVID I took a break from Pilates.

Swimming and walking have always been my go to ways to stay active but looking back I wish I had been able to make time and stuck at Pilates.
