The care and warmth you know from Platinum Care Solutions, alongside Safe Harbour and Acre Care, remain just as they have always been. The familiar faces, the trusted routines, and the gentle understanding all stay firmly in place.

These three hearts are now held together as one, under the Platinum Care Group. This brings stronger support behind the scenes, shared learning, and a deeper sense of reassurance, allowing our teams to focus on what matters most — caring with calm, confidence, and kindness.

As part of this coming together, we are also working alongside the British Heart Foundation, raising funds for a cause that feels very close to our own hearts. It is a way for us to extend our care beyond our homes and into the wider community.

The names you trust, the people you know, and the personal touch that matters so much all remain. We are simply standing a little closer together, supporting one another, and caring with one shared heart.

This year, that feeling is especially close to our hearts. As one Platinum Care family, our three companies now stand together under a shared emblem — three hearts, once distinct, now beating as one.

Throughout February, we are holding Three Hearts as One, a month of gentle joy and togetherness in support of the British Heart Foundation.

Across our group, clients will be invited to enjoy light, heart-themed moments created with care and warmth in mind — cheerful bingo sessions, creative arts and crafts, shared laughter, and calm activities that nurture connection, comfort, and everyday happiness.

These moments may seem small, but they carry real meaning. Each smile shared and every contribution made helps support vital research, offer hope to families, and strengthen hearts for the future.

We are quietly proud to turn our unity into something that reaches beyond ourselves. If you are a client, family member, colleague, or friend, your involvement — in any form — truly matters.

Gill enjoyed a hair appointment followed by lunch out, taking time to savour the day and enjoy a change of scene. Moments like these carry real meaning. They nurture confidence, preserve independence, and offer a comforting sense of normal life.

Days such as this are shaped by the care given along the way. Thank you to Liv for approaching the day with such calm attentiveness and warmth. We’re grateful to care in ways that feel natural, dignified, and quietly life-affirming.

At 96 years young, dear Doreen reminds us why we do what we do, because every life deserves to be cherished, every milestone gently honoured, and every moment wrapped in warmth. There is something profoundly moving about watching candlelight dance for someone who has gathered so many years of love.

We hold these moments close, knowing it’s often the quiet celebrations that mean the most. A soft blanket, familiar faces, and a cake offered with gentle expertise and care, this is where peace of mind truly lives.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Emma and Tracy, whose kindness and devotion shine so clearly here. They stand among those rare carers who don’t simply support life, but lovingly walk alongside it. We are endlessly proud of the care they give, and the grace they bring to our family.
