I’m often asked if I do a one-off session if divorce is something that is coming up for someone in life.

I do. This is designed to be informational, supportive and definitely non-judgemental.

So if you’re thinking about divorce, this is important. I’m not one to drag sessions out - I want this to work for you, as life is too short - for starters!

So if you’re in that space of indecision, the thought won’t go away and you’re feeling stuck, send me an email or DM and we can find a convenient time to have a kind, non-judgmental and supportive chat and get you moving forward, however that looks.

🪞letting go of what is not for you
🪞learning more about who you really are
🪞 you are not who your mind wants you to be
🪞you can trust yourself
🪞you’re allowed to believe that you’re held, loved and safe
🪞you can take back control of the divorce mind monkeys
🪞it’s okay doing you
🪞 it can be fun being you
🎉 when you are celebrating you as this incredible person doing being a human, you are saying a BIG yes to yourself

There it is… in it’s simplicity. It is never too late, each new day is a day to begin again, to do better…
