The business was taken over by Steve, Hannah and Jasmin in 2004. Steve’s wife, Charlotte, joined the team in 2018 to make it a truly family run company. Steve is qualified to deliver First Aid, at all levels, AED, Manual Handling and other training, and has 36 years experience, 28 as a trainer. He fully embraces continuous development himself by undertaking training courses annually/ biannually/ to ensure he stays abreast of current legislation. The ultimate aim of First in Attendance is for you to experience a fully professional yet friendly approach, which caters to your requirements wherever possible. Keeping you informed of any updates that may affect you or your business is part of the after sales service offered, so you may stay current and of course help you to identify any additional training needs.
