We are looking for seeking experienced Health care assistants to join our dedicated team supporting our 11-year-old male client in the family home.

Available shifts include:

Weekend shifts
6 hour shifts
About The Role

Unity Care Solutions provides complex clinical healthcare services to children and vulnerable adults within the comfort of their own homes.

You will be required to commit to regular work to support our clients to access consistent and high-quality care.

To be successful, you will:

Have a minimum of one year experience of complex care
Be able to commit to the minimum availability of shifts
Hold the right to work in the UK. Please note that we are unable to offer VISA sponsorship.
