Friday! Yay!....back from work 7:30! Boo!

I could hit the takeaway but instead I chopped up some organic mushrooms and courgette, sauteed it in water with some tempeh, added black beans and a jar of Madras with chickpeas and lentils and zapped some rice.

Great meal in under 15 mins 😋
