π’ Important Update to How You Book Appointments Online
To help us make sure you see the right clinician, at the right time, for the right reason, weβre making a positive change to how appointments are booked.
From Monday 23rd February, patients will no longer be able to book appointments directly through the NHS App or SystmOnline.
β¨ Whatβs changing? β¨
Instead, youβll simply send us a request through our surgery website. Our reception team will then review your request and send you a direct booking link for the most appropriate appointment giving you a choice of days and times to book.

This means:
β’ Youβll be booked with the right clinician for your needs
β’ Fewer appointments will be booked incorrectly
β’ More appointments will be available overall
β’ We can offer a wider range of suitable appointments for you to book directly
