We have been made aware of recent scam phone calls. In these calls, the scammer may say that if you do not “update your records” over the phone, you will be removed from the practice list. They may ask for personal information, such as your address, NHS number, or bank details.

❌ We will never ask for your financial information.

📢 Important Update to How You Book Appointments Online

To help us make sure you see the right clinician, at the right time, for the right reason, we’re making a positive change to how appointments are booked.

From Monday 23rd February, patients will no longer be able to book appointments directly through the NHS App or SystmOnline.

✨ What’s changing? ✨
Instead, you’ll simply send us a request through our surgery website. Our reception team will then review your request and send you a direct booking link for the most appropriate appointment giving you a choice of days and times to book.

✅ This means:
• You’ll be booked with the right clinician for your needs
• Fewer appointments will be booked incorrectly
• More appointments will be available overall
• We can offer a wider range of suitable appointments for you to book directly

Our reception team is always here to help if you need support with the new process 💙
