Throw one fillet and the beans and dressing on a bowl of leaves and add some frozen coriander if you have it. 😋

Wow...just watched the most amazing case study from Lifecode Gx]!!

The amount of research this mother did to help her child who was diagnosed with autism, mutism, PTSD and anxiety. I was in tears at the story but their hard work has paid off. 😍 From being unable to attend school due to anxiety he just managed to sit his exams and get fantastic grades. 🙌

Diet and supplementation can have such a positive effect!

Sorry it's not a chocolate smoothie 🤣

I thought I would start sharing some ideas to support your body and ADHD! I talk A LOT about nutrients and nourishing our body.
Smoothies are a GREAT way to pack nutrients in - THEY SHOULD NOT BE JUST FRUIT THOUGH!
That is a very fast way to tip your blood sugar balance out of whack - we don't want that.

Always have:
NOURISHING FAT- like avocado, coconut oil, ground flax seed 🥑 🥥
PROTEIN - like ground nuts/seeds or protein powder (I used green h**p powder) 🌰
VEG AND FRUIT - in this case I used lemons for stimulating digestion, apple and pear for feeding my microbiome and beetroot to support my methylation. 🍋🍎🍐
You can always add a few berries to make it taste even better and boost the vitamins and antioxidants.
This was a delicious smoothie (even if the beetroot and green h**p powder made it brown 😂) and I made 2 portions so I could grab and go the next day.

Great for breakfast, lunch or a boosting snack!

I felt a little under the weather yesterday, has anyone else got the back-to-school cold? 🙄 Made this amazing carrot and turmeric soup, by the fantastic to kick it into touch.

Full of immune supporting ingredients like garlic and turmeric but what I love most is the cashew nuts. They give the soup a creamy texture whilst being dairy free and they are also a great source of protein and fat so I don't get that post-soup energy dip. 😋

The kids love this soup as well, though i do reduce the garlic and chilli a little for them. 🥣
