Matthew started at 96kg, frustrated, stuck in the same cycle, and never able to shift the stubborn body fat around his stomach that had been there since he was 13.
He'd been training on and off for 10 years. He ate "healthy" foods. He showed up to the gym. But nothing was moving. He lacked the nutritional knowledge, the structure, and the accountability to make it all click.

Fast forward through the journey:
96kg to 75kg.
21kg of pure fat loss. Gone. The stubborn areas? Melting away. The confidence he lost when his shirt came off? Coming back, week by week.

Matthew didn't stop at the fat loss. He trusted the process enough to transition into his first ever muscle building phase, something most guys are terrified to do after finally getting lean. And right now, as he's wrapping up that phase, he's stronger, bigger, and more in love with the process than ever before.
He's hitting PBs he never thought possible. He's added 16kg to his dumbbell chest press. He's built quality muscle tissue while staying relatively lean. He's learned how to fuel his body properly, how to balance life and training, and most importantly, he's learned that discipline and consistency beat motivation every single time.
Matthew isn't chasing quick fixes anymore. He's building a body and a mindset that will last a lifetime. And he's doing it with whole foods, progressive overload, and a level of accountability that keeps him showing up even when life gets chaotic.
