Ian Barron’s 12 week transformation is what happens when a busy 50 year old finally gets the formula right.

For years, Ian trained hard, ate clean, did everything “right” but the scale wouldn’t budge.

He was frustrated, stuck, and couldn’t figure out why 20 years of discipline weren’t paying off.

He thought he was doing okay.

Eating "well." Staying active. Ticking the boxes.

But deep down, Ammo knew something wasn't clicking. The food choices weren't dialled in. The accountability wasn't there. And every time life threw a curveball… work stress, injuries, a bad week… there was no one in his corner to help him navigate it.

Matthew started at 96kg, frustrated, stuck in the same cycle, and never able to shift the stubborn body fat around his stomach that had been there since he was 13.

He'd been training on and off for 10 years. He ate "healthy" foods. He showed up to the gym. But nothing was moving. He lacked the nutritional knowledge, the structure, and the accountability to make it all click.

So when he joined Next Level Coaching, we didn't just give him a meal plan and a workout routine. We gave him a roadmap, and more importantly, we gave him the truth: nutrition is the primary lever for fat loss.

Fast forward through the journey:

96kg to 75kg.

21kg of pure fat loss. Gone. The stubborn areas? Melting away. The confidence he lost when his shirt came off? Coming back, week by week.

Matthew didn't stop at the fat loss. He trusted the process enough to transition into his first ever muscle building phase, something most guys are terrified to do after finally getting lean. 44 pounds down. Deadlifting 315 for reps. Benching close to 225. But that's not even the real transformation.

When Andrew came to us in January 2025, he was 204lbs, struggling with consistency, battling a sweet tooth, and skipping meals without structure. He had the training experience. He'd been lifting since 16, played hockey his whole life. But diet? That was the missing piece.
