Try keeping a gratitude journal, where you can write down 3-5 things you are grateful for everyday. Doesn't have to be anything amazing like the perfect house although it can be but it could also be the first sip of tea in the morning, the smell of cut grass......... Then when it all seems too much, you can read back and remind yourself of all the positive things that are happening in your life.

The perfect asana for today is the tree (vrikshasana). Try to focus more on holding a steady tree rather than how high your leg is. Embrace the balance that the equinox brings. Dear Yogi’s
Due to current government advice with regards to Coronavirus (covid-19), it is with great sadness that I am suspending our classes until further notice. It is very hard for me to write this as I love teaching you all and I feel very lucky to have such dedicated students.
Thank you so much for all your love and support and remember this is not the end, it’s just a little pause. I will stay in touch on here and via text/what’s app and please feel free to contact me, I would really like that.
