“Trust me ~ good spells ahead”.

On a piece of paper write out the problem you are having, and with who. Tear the paper into small pieces.
Place the paper in a safe container.
Light the paper with fire ~
Say out loud.
"From paper to fire, from fire to ash,
from ash to cinder this problem must dissolve as I release the emotion and the story attached, the problem disappears,
surrenders and turns into
embers”.

Visualise the purple flame as a source of divine light that can help release emotional blockages, heal past traumas, and promote forgiveness and self-love.

In essence, the healing of the purple flame symbolises the journey of transforming one's inner struggles into light and love, fostering personal growth and spiritual enlightenment ~ trust me ~ good spells ahead.

Let me be clear, it’s time to decline every invitation to the past.
