You might have noticed things have been a little quiet, but trust us, Next Generation Housing hasn't gone anywhere—we've been working hard behind the scenes!

We are incredibly proud to announce that we've been busy securing new properties to provide safe and supported housing for vulnerable people across Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall. These properties are rented to individuals who have crucial support packages from local providers.

We are thrilled to share that we now have 24 tenants in various properties across the region, with many more homes already lined up! This is a massive step towards making a real difference in our community.

💓 National Restart a Heart Day 2025 💓

​Today is one of our regular staff training days and just happens to be National Restart a Heart Day! A team of staff from the Big Picture Care Group took part in Basic Life Support and Defibrillator training this morning.

​A huge thank you to our training academy for delivering such an engaging and informative session — equipping our staff with vital life-saving skills and the confidence to act in an emergency.

Major Growth Update: Clear Thinking Care Expands to Cornwall! 🚀

It's been an inspiring week! We're celebrating two major milestones that demonstrate our dedication to quality, compliance, and growth: our renewed SSIP Health & Safety Approval and, most excitingly, achieving CQC Registration for our new Cornwall office!

In a sector where many organisations are sadly facing huge challenges and, in some cases, being forced to close, Clear Thinking Care is continuing to thrive and expand. This success is a direct testament to the quality and reliability of our service, as well as to the unwavering commitment and passion our support workers show to the individuals they support every single day. Our sustained growth proves that our focus on providing truly the best possible care—backed by robust compliance and safety standards—is resonating.

While our head office remains in Plymouth, this new registration means we've completed the massive task of getting everything in place to provide regulated, top-tier care directly in Cornwall and join the Cornwall framework.

This expansion allows us to directly employ staff in Cornwall, bringing our high standards of care to a whole new county.
