Today is stress awareness day. I'm sure we are all aware of stress and how it affects us. Everyone reacts differently to situations and the build-up of pressure on us. What we must try to remember when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed is to take a step back from the situation, take time out for yourself, and not feel guilty about it. Do what works for you.
