It's been just over a month since our tin appeal ended- we're proud to announce that, with your help, we managed to collect 51,340 tins!

All tins will go towards supporting families and individuals in our community who face food insecurity and poverty. With your support, we're able to help safeguard our community for the future. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make it happen, we couldn't have done it without you!

Andys Man Club is a men’s su***de prevention and mental health charity, offering free peer-to-peer support groups across the United Kingdom and online, with the aim to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

We're proud to host one of the 340+ groups happening nation-wide every Monday from 7pm (except bank holidays). We're starting something new tomorrow.

Working with Transforming Plymouth Together, we will being running hygiene hub on alternate Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30pm.

At Hygiene hub we have dental products for all the family at affordable prices along with advice on how to keep the whole families teeth as healthy as possible.

It may have been a rainy few weeks but rainbows remind us that light shines through even the darkest of storms, just like our groups, where hope and support are always waiting. 🌈

Our groups run across the UK, every Monday 7-9PM (excluding bank holidays), for any man 18+.

A welcoming, non-judgemental, free space for guys to talk.
