Anxiety hacks 🦋
Anxiety affects a great deal of us and it’s something people just shrug off or shy away from because they think there is no cure. Maybe there isn’t. But there are a hell of a lot of ways to help it.
•Take time away from stressful situations - anything that triggers your anxiety or creates a stressful situation is something you need to learn to spend time away from. This will allow you to be in control of when you choose to be in that situation again.
•Find something that helps with the symptoms - whether that be meditating, CBD oil, exercise or so many other things, find what helps it and stick with it. Take great comfort in knowing that it helps and make it important to manage your symptoms.
•Understand that it’s completely normal - it is. I know a ridiculous amount of people who suffer with anxiety, myself included. It’s not a taboo. And if you need to tell more people so you can help yourself then do so.
•Seek therapy - therapy can help with anxiety, getting to the root of why you get triggered by certain things, situations or people. I myself have had a lot of therapy and am now a qualified therapist. Please DM if you need a chat 🫶🏻
