We all shrug off stress as well, just stress!! But its more than that. Its everything. Our body reacts to our thoughts and each thought produces a cascade of chemical reactions in the body. It is these chemical reactions that shape our body chemistry & health pathway.
Fear, anger, anxiety, worry .. produce fast sugars & corrosives designed for fight flight whilst at the same time switching immune system, digestion, frontal cortex .. off.
Our bodies have a particular PH 7.35 - 7.45. This PH is derived from & maintained by the gut flora; our biome
When we become compromised, the fungus & bacteria that thrive on sugars take over & begin to colonise our system, causing chaos. This is called Candidia albicans overgrowth 🍄 😱
Our thoughts are determined by our subconscious programs & beliefs, which are learnt & aligned to our immediate environments. The subconscious is Literal, it can't tell the difference between real life, thoughts, daydreams, TV, books ... It takes every word heard & you say literally & works to either fulfil the 'instructions ' or disregards the instructions not closely aligned to core beliefs, but if heard enough, over time will add or change a belief system.
The subconscious mind never switches off & works throughout the night to carry out the days 'instructions ' (thoughts) for the next day. If those thoughts are fearful or worries, then adrenaline & sugars are released throughout the night.
Over time, neural & biological pathways are created and this becomes an accepted algorithm (belief) and biological compromise.
Anything can be reversed, everything can be repaired if we can give the body what it needs, which by this time is probably a bloody good rest, a candidia albicans overgrowth diet & new thought patterns!!
The subconscious is most open to influence when we are in trance state, thats just before drifting off to sleep, the first few minuets on waking & when daydreaming or driving on auto.
Health worry is the worst recipe in the world for health!!
Whatever we are thinking of as we drift off to sleep is what the subconscious focuses on throughout the night & when we wake the next day.
Remember, the subconscious is literal and precise. Even 'positive' health worry thoughts like "I will get better" are taken literally. "will" is in the future & the future never comes 🤔
DO THIS 👉 just as you are drifting off to sleep, out loud, even if only a whisper, or if you have to, in your head 🙈 20 times & the same as soon as you wake & then again every time you catch yourself worrying & when you are driving, just 20 times, for a month ...
Every day I AM better and better in every way 🌟
This is a statement & an instruction that the subconscious must do, that's what it does 👉💯% 'It', will look for ways to be better & better, in every way, every day.
It has to be I AM, not I'm.
You have to join in, You have to notice 'things' that are better than they were before.
However insignificant or unrelated to anything 😆, every better is building new neural and biological pathways.
New thoughts, new chemical reactions ..
The body is a self regulating organism. It was literally made to thrive. Just like every other living thing on Gaia Earth. Every one of our trillions of cells has our complete DNA in it, a copy of exactly what to do 🎶 🎶 🎶 🎵
It just got overwhelmed! We were not created for junk food & TV, concrete WiFi jungles & long hours.
Like every other living thing, we were created to live within the seasons, to rest & review in winter, work hard in spring, play in summer & harvest in autumn. To live, work, play & eat from the earth.
The Earth as a whole, with us in it; Gaia, works symbiotically for the benefit of life. Plants & trees are not just nourishment, but hold the earth together, provide oxygen & filter carbon ... every thing works together for life. Until we get in our own way that is 🤦♀️😱😆🤔
We are not broken we have just become compromised and need to find our way back
Now is the time to rock our world thought by thought. Now is the time to become true to our Selves
