Wow Sarah is absolutely glowing! 🥰 Her skin looks so much healthier, she’s got so much more energy 💪 that she’s started running 🏃‍♀️(she can do 2k now without stopping!) She’s 1 stone lighter and happier!!! Well done Sarah, I felt like a proud mum this morning, so amazing to see! 💕

Sarah has had a little re-set to get her results going again and doesn’t she look fab! 🥰 She’s also gone from no exercise to 20 mins of trampette and walking a DAY! 🙌👌💪🚀 Huge well done lovely!

Another emotional review this morning, as Sheila Glanville told me “I feel amazing” and “without club I don’t know where I would be”

Changing her nutrition has resolved so many issues that she had: acid reflux, bloating, IBS, difficulty getting to sleep (this has gone from 2 hours to 2 mins!), daily afternoon slumps, the list goes on.

Her confidence has majorly increased and she’s been coming in to club with a spring in her step! Absolutely amazing, we just 🧡 having you in club Sheila, you are amazing! 😻
