🧘♀️Join me for some mid-week movement and calm.

👭All are welcome, from those new to yoga or those with more experience, if you’re stiff as a board or bendy like a pretzel.
We’ll start each session with gentle breath work and grounding, followed by a series of movements, poses and balances and finish with peaceful relaxation.
These friendly classes offer variations so if you want a gentler practice you can take a gentler option, or if you want to go a little deeper you can.
I’d love you to join me. I’m Gemma, a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher. Yoga has been a presence in my life for nearly 30 years. For me yoga brings me back to my centre, calms the nervous system and helps me reconnect with myself in multiple ways. I find that its benefits are beyond physical and I love sharing these practices with others in case they too may find it helps in ways that speak to them.
Classes £10 each or £40 for a block of 5 classes.
Please bring your own mat and bring some warm layers for the final relaxation at the end of class. If you have a strap and a block, bring those along too.
It will be helpful to know in advance if you’d like to join us, but drop-ins are welcome.
