To combat it, stay warm by dressing in layers, maintaining a consistent activity level with light stretching and exercise, and applying heat therapy to tight areas

Treatment

Massage: Massage therapy can be effective at relieving muscle tension and discomfort aggravated by cold weather.

Topical treatments: Rubbing arnica gel on sore muscles and joints can provide pain relief.

Pain relievers: Some herbal supplements like Devil's Claw may help with muscle and joint pain, but consult a healthcare provider first.
