VTCT Level 3 Complementary Therapies
This course will develop your knowledge and practical skills in massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. The course comprises of practical training, online learning/course work, case studies, formal assessments and exams. You can view the full course information by clicking the link below.
There are 12 practical dates, which are run on a roll on/roll off basis. In addition, there are optional monthly days that you may wish to take advantage of.

Coursework Body Doubling Sessions starting January 2026

What is body doubling I hear you cry? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Body doubling is basically having a productivity goldfish in the room. Someone just quietly existing so your brain stops wandering off to reorganise a sock drawer or similar. They don’t necessarily help, they don’t judge… they just sit there being alive while you magically get stuff done.

If you need help with anything we can disccuss but the session can also be used just as a 'time to do coursework and I have to be there because I said I would be' kind of vibe.

Sessions will be 7pm - 8.30pm first Tuesday of the month. You don't have to stay for the whole session - you can pop in and out at a time that works for you.

Work WITH your brain, not against it 🧡

I had so much fun revisiting this today. I try to go to Holistic Therapies Training Academy at least once a quarter to refresh my knowledge. (Other) Karen is always adding new resources to courses so it is also a great way to stay up to date with that side of things too.

Advanced massage is available as part of our VTCT Level 4 Complementary Therapies course or as a stand alone accredited course £397 - 2 days practical training 💖

Our courses are designed to be flexible and inclusive. To complete your practical training, assessments, and exams, you must attend in person. Additionally, you will complete coursework, online learning, and case studies on your own time. We also offer optional face-to-face days that you can attend at no extra charge if you wish.
