I want to buy as many Christmas gifts as I can from my friends small businesses this year. I would prefer to buy from my friends as opposed to retail stores since it is easier, more convenient and I get the absolute very best customer service plus, I am helping someone achieve their goals

I have lots of friends who have their own businesses. We all have goals that we are trying to reach; paying off bills, paying for our children's sports, saving up for something special, saving for retirement, etc... Supporting our families is a full time job. Let’s all help each other out.

A quick reminder post that today is the first Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Open Day in Plymouth 🎉🎊🧘🏻‍♀️😄😌🙂
12-18:00 at Central Methodist Hall (opposite M&S).
Lots of clubs, groups, organisations, businesses & charities whose goal is wellness will be there.
Please come along & see for yourself what’s on offer…

After making myself a new batch of perimeno support body oil yesterday evening AND a bespoke body oil blend for a client, it struck me that I really need to promote the Aromatherapy part of Meliorate! 🤔
I LOVE ❤️ the consultation process of seeing people smell & choose the essential oils they need & then making whatever blend and product the Client has chosen.

Now that we’re almost into November & Christmas 🎅🏽🎄 is only 8 & a half weeks away 😲 here goes…
