I didn’t realise how much I needed a break, until my body told me otherwise! 😅 Does this happen to you?
A chest infection two days before flying to Rhodes was the not so subtle reminder to slow down and breathe, sincere apologises to a couple of my clients who missed their treatments! I hate to have to move people 🥰

But once we got there with the sunshine, sea air, amazing food, and proper family time I finally exhaled. ☀️🇬🇷 I even read two whole books!

It’s funny how we keep pushing through until our bodies make us stop.
Sometimes the best self-care is giving yourself permission to rest.

Now I’m back in my Den of Zen, recharged and ready to help you do the same 💆🏻‍♀️
