5 years ago today I set up a page on Facebook to raise awareness on all things mental health. I never thought what I set up that day would become such a massive part of not only my life but my girls life also. If I was told 5 years ago we would have national recognition, award winners and helped 100s of people and even to be on sky sports and open a national construction awards night i would have laughed.

Thankyou to everyone who attend our Friday night talk and play sessions, who has helped print T-shirts, thankyou to our sponsors, thankyou to who have let us in to talk on our tours and even letting me vent to you! Most importantly Thankyou to both my girls Chloe and Ava for helping even when they don’t realise they are!

I’m now a qualified mental health instructor and we are going in the right direction

For everyone we have helped over the past 5 years, keep on fighting the fight and remember it’s okay not to be okay!

5 years ago this week The Clean Sheet was created to spread awareness and comfort/Support for people struggling. What a 5 years it has been. In my wildest dreams I would never of imagined the strengths and highs which would have come of this. From Sky sports to Argyle TV to all around the uk speaking to over 5000 I thank you all who have been involved and your support.

It’s time we take it back to its roots.

Decembers The Clean Sheet Keep Talking Podcast will be a tear jerker, full of laughter and some real poignant notes. For the ones who know the clean sheet story know what it is all about and the reason behind the formation

Our guest is Kody Hammacott my adoptive little brother will share the real heartache to losing someone in the way he did. Honest and relatable and not only that I am immensely proud of him.

The podcast will be available on Friday 19th December in honour of our 5 year anniversary Memorial Day for Rhys on Saturday 20th December.
