Each week, Allison chooses a new sign and shares it with our team. It’s such a brilliant and inclusive way for our staff to continue learning and developing their communication skills 🌈

🌟 Another Busy Week at ICL Homes! 🌟

It’s been another fun-filled and busy week across all our homes! Our amazing staff have been working hard to make sure every day is packed with smiles, laughter, and meaningful activities for our wonderful service users 💛

We’re so proud of our teams for always going above and beyond to create such a warm, family feel in everything we do.

🎃 Another Super Busy Week at ICL Homes! 🎃

It’s been another fun-filled and exciting week across our homes! ✨
Two of our wonderful service users enjoyed a fantastic holiday at Butlins, making lots of lovely memories along the way. 🌊🎢

We’ve also welcomed new service users to Clearview and Laburnum Lodge, and we’re so pleased to say they’ve both settled in beautifully. 💛

To top it off, all our homes have been getting into the spooky spirit and have started decorating for Halloween! 👻🕸️🎃

We are a small, family-run care company supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fun, fulfilling lives. We’re looking for a Day Support Worker to join our friendly team.

✅ Take them out and about on fun trips, activities & appointments
✅ Encourage independence and bring positivity to their day
✅ Work alongside a caring, supportive team

🚗 Essential: You must have a full UK driving licence – you’ll be using our vehicles to take service users on outings and adventures!

🌟 Holiday Highlights at ICL Homes 🌟

Last week, one of our service users returned from an incredible package holiday hosted by Railtrail Tours!🚂✨

They had a truly fabulous week which included:
🍳 Daily breakfast & delicious 3-course dinners
🚂 Numerous steam train journeys
🚢 A relaxing river cruise
🏛 A visit to the Waterways Museum
🏞 Trips to Abergavenny, Cheltenham, and Broadway
⛪️ A stop at the stunning Gloucestershire Cathedral

A huge thank you to Rail Trail Tours for helping us create such special memories — we’re already looking forward to planning the next adventure! 💛
