When it comes to skincare I’ve tried it all, all the brands all the ingredients, all the multi step routines.

This means that you don’t have to, I can recommend brands and routines to suit your skin type and concerns and they are all available to order in clinic.

These days I tend to keep it simple, focusing on exfoliation, hydration and correction. My 2 non negotiables are Obagi vitamin c and a PCA skin SPF.

Now that the end of summer is in sight and autumn arrives it’s the perfect time to think about how you can improve your skin health, ready to move into the winter with a nourished glow. Over the summer you may have developed dryness, pigmentation and some sun damage .
Chemical peels are a great all round treatment that can address so many skin concerns. This is my progress with chemical peels when I was suffering from acne. I now use them as maintenance for pigmentation that accumulates over the summer months and September is the perfect time to start.
