Join us for a powerful eight-week series of free wellbeing workshops designed to help you build your own personal wellbeing toolkit - in a supportive, welcoming space alongside other women navigating similar challenges.
π Please note: You only need to sign up for the first session to attend all 8 weeks.
This is more than just a workshop. Itβs a space to pause, reflect, learn, and grow β without pressure, judgement, or expectations.

These workshops are open to all adult women (18+) from all walks of life.
Whether youβre feeling overwhelmed, wanting to reconnect with yourself, or simply looking for tools to support your mental and emotional wellbeing, you are very welcome here.
π¬ Spaces are limited, so please sign up early to secure your place.
π Completely free, funded by The National Lottery, and delivered by Wellbeing Workshops.

Participation is voluntary, and attendees are encouraged to take care of their own wellbeing during and after sessions. Youβre always welcome to step out or seek additional support if needed.
