We can deeply love someone even when we don't particularly like them.
It holds families and nations together, yet it’s the very thing that can tear them apart.
​Finding love can feel as unbearable and overwhelming as losing it.

The Small Good Stuff.

Why not start something new this year. Making a daily gratitude list re- wires the brain, it triggers the release of "feel-good" chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. It reduces stress by lowering cortisol. It shifts focus by training your mind to notice what’s going right instead of dwelling on what’s going wrong and therefore attracts more of the good stuff.

LETTING GO
We all hold onto things—old habits, past hurts, outdated roles, or expectations. Just as the trees shed their leaves to make way for new growth, we can intentionally shed what no longer serves us.

Many people never realise, acknowledge or take responsibility, they simply move on and rewrite the story.
