LETTING GO
We all hold onto things—old habits, past hurts, outdated roles, or expectations. Just as the trees shed their leaves to make way for new growth, we can intentionally shed what no longer serves us.
What do you want to let go of this season?

Hoping those that hurt you will eventually acknowledge their impact can keep you stuck in the past.
Many people never realise, acknowledge or take responsibility, they simply move on and rewrite the story.
Let yourself be the villain in that story and step into something new. Set yourself free.

If you cant say no, I cant trust your yes

Happy fathers day to all the dads and father figures out there ! For many of us this day carries a deeper meaning - its a time for reflection, gratitude and love for those that have shaped us, whether they are still with us or not. Today I think of my own father, my children, my sister, my husband and sister in law and my grandchilds father and family. So much loss and also so much gratitude. Love is infinite, it doesn't end, it evolves, we walk with them beside us ❤️
