LETTING GO
We all hold onto things—old habits, past hurts, outdated roles, or expectations. Just as the trees shed their leaves to make way for new growth, we can intentionally shed what no longer serves us.

Hoping those that hurt you will eventually acknowledge their impact can keep you stuck in the past.
Many people never realise, acknowledge or take responsibility, they simply move on and rewrite the story.

If you cant say no, I cant trust your yes

​It can feel good to make others happy, but constantly prioritizing everyone else's needs over your own can lead to burnout, resentment, and a loss of your own identity. You might find yourself saying "yes" when you really want to say "no," or taking on more than you can handle, just to avoid conflict or disappointment.
