SGM Developments is a family run business providing all aspects of refurbishments and renovations to both residential and commercial properties.

Starting our business specialising in wood floor fitting we are now able to undertake all aspects of refurbishment and renovation works. We have expanded our company over the last 15 years therefore enabling us to offer services which need building, plumbing, electrical and plastering works. We take pride in our company, work and our customer service and wish to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Whilst we can confidently undertake large commercial projects we are equally happy to enhance the family home. We are fully qualified in all aspects of Health and Safety requirements through being a CHAS accredited company. We are happy to come and provide you with a free, no obligation estimate for any works required.
