Benson Kipruto of Kenya is the winner of the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon men's open division in a time of 2:08:09, with Alexander Mutiso, also of Kenya, a very close runner-up, also in 2:08:09.

Marcel Hug of Switzerland is the winner of the men's wheelchair division in a time of 1:30:16. He has now won the TCS New York City Marathon a record-setting seven times.

Please help us give a well deserved shout out to Dan and Helen who have been promoting a Healthy Body: Healthy Mind whilst raising important funds for Arterne CIC over the last year 💜

Earlier this year Helen completed a 5km swim and now Dan is going to run the New York City Marathon this weekend

TCS New York City Marathon was established in 1970 and has become the largest Marathon in the world

There are now over 200,000 applications each year with around 2-3% of people being accepted

There’s no stopping Dan and Helen 😊🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️💜

There's been a real chill in the air this week - and as the cold weather sets in it's important to remind all those eligible to get themselves a free flu jab!

It's a really straightforward thing that you can do in order to keep yourselves and those around you healthy and safe.

You are eligible to receive a free flu jab on the NHS if:

You can get the free NHS flu vaccine if you:

* are aged 65 or over (including those who will be 65 by 31 March 2026)
* have certain long-term health conditions
* are pregnant
* live in a care home
* are the main carer for an older or disabled person, or receive a carer's allowance
* live with someone who has a weakened immune system

Just call your GP or pop into your local pharmacy to get it booked in!
