DOC Sports Therapy is run by Danielle O'Connor who graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Sports Therapy, which included study of sports massage, injury assessment, injury treatment and rehabilitation. Injury Assessment and Treatment – The first session would include a full and comprehensive review of the current injury’s history, and a detailed physical examination to determine appropriate first treatment and take home rehabilitation. Subsequent sessions will assess progress with the injury and ongoing treatment requirements. Initial injury examination and treatment - £ 45 (1hr 15mins)
Subsequent sessions – £36

Sports Massage will also be available at the clinic. The main aims of Sports Massage is to help reduce the risk of injury, improve performance and to aid recovery. This is achieved by reducing muscle tension and therefore improving flexibility, through a variety of different massage techniques. It can be beneficial for all, including people who have recently taken up exercise to elite athletes, and also anyone who doesn't take part in exercise but suffers with muscle tension or muscular pain. Whether you are looking for a pre-event, post- event, maintenance or even a rehabilitation massage for a niggling injury all can be catered for
