A U T U M N T E R M T A K E T W O ~ Transitioning to Sunday yoga sessions from October after a couple of weeks off adjusting to a new family routine 🙏

Sadly some of my regulars aren’t able to make the new day and time work for them and their families, so it’s been sad to say farewell ~ a huge thank you for their support since starting the class in Lympstone Village in January 2024☺️

For those of you who might like to come and give yoga a go, there are a few spaces available starting next Sunday 5th October ~ 6.30-7.30pm. A friendly and warm welcome awaits you in the cosy Community Room.

Set yourself up for the week ahead by stretching your body and calming your mind 🧘🏻‍♀️☺️

£5 first taster session
£10 drop in rate
£8 (block of 6)

S E P T E M B E R ~ Not sure how we are this far into the year already, but very excited to be back teaching yoga in Lympstone this Monday 1st September at 7pm in Lympstone Community Room 🥳🧘🏻‍♀️

I have a few spaces going for the 3 sessions I’m running in September - £5 if it’s your 1st class or £8 a class as a special offer ✨

You’ll be greeted a friendly bunch of people and a yoga class suitable for beginners with options given to deepen your practise further if needed. Classes have a theme each week for us to focus on but throughout you’ll be reminded to pay attention to your breath and body, supporting you to be mindful in your practise to help you to relax and unwind. Booking essential as I keep the classes to a maximum of 10 ☺️

Then from October I will be changing my teaching day to a Sunday evening 6.30-7.30pm to help with the balance of military family life alongside my other job. Sad that this will mean a goodbye to some of my amazing regulars but alas it will be a new chapter that will help make the class more sustainable for us as a family ⚖️

Same beautiful space ~ Lympstone Community Room. So lucky to be warm and cosy there throughout the autumn and winter months thanks to a fab aircon/heating system; wonderful for yoga all year round! 🥰

Tomorrow my awesome husband Robbie will be taking part in yet another nutty charity rope climb challenge raising funds for the Royal Marines charity, who offer much needed support to veterans and current serving marines and their families.

The friction burned through x2 pairs of trainers last time 😬- his hands were not in the best of states either!
