Vacancy - Part Time Administrator/Receptionist

Our friendly, busy physiotherapy clinic is seeking a receptionist to join our lovely admin team to help manage the flow of patients arriving at reception, answer phone calls and undertake admin duties.

Ideally you will be:
Pleasant and professional
Familiar with outlook and word, with good IT skills
Confident and effective with communication
Attention to detail
Able to prioritise daily tasks
Able to be flexible with hours

Part time role – approx. 12 hours per week, over 3 sessions, but must be able to work on Saturdays 8.15-12.30pm

Additional hours available to provide cover for annual leave periods.

Salary: £12.21 per hour, parking: free parking on road.

Ultrasound scans provide you with an accurate diagnosis of your problem and are advantageous in diagnosing sprains, strains, tears, trapped nerves, arthritis, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

The scan imaging is dynamic; both you and the probe can be positioned to view all angles around the problem area, unlike MRI and CT where you remain stationery and not all perspectives can be examined.

You can observe the images in real time and the clinician will explain his findings at your appointment, enabling you to fully understand your injury and make informed decisions regarding your treatment options.

Huge Congratulations to Nick for not only completing the "ChillSwim Lake Windermere Challenge" an 11-mile swim from one end of the lake to the other, but he came 10th out of 560 swimmers AND finished 1st in his age category! Way to go Nick!!

Call us to book in with Bernice for a lymphatic drainage massage: a relaxing massage, helpful after removal of lymph nodes and to aid with issues such as relaxation, mild oedema (swelling), chronic pain and stress, gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, migraines, vertigo and sinusitis.

Fay Pedler Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy and sports injury clinic that was established at 5 Whiteford Road in Mannamead in 1988. The clinic is centrally located in Plymouth and provides therapy services to the city and the surrounding areas. In the last 30 years of business Fay Pedler has become the largest independent physiotherapy clinic in Plymouth. It has a reputation for delivering the highest standards of clinical and professional excellence at competitive and affordable rates.

In 2016 Fay retired from clinical duties and subsequently stepped back from the business altogether in 2019 handing over to existing members of the Fay Pedler team Alex Jack, Duncan Townsend and Richard McKee.
