It’s not just care.

It’s coffee catch-ups, garden centre strolls, shopping trips, dog walks and helping someone feel confident and independent in their everyday life.

Our lovely service user Lynda, she absolutely lives for her outings with Ellie & Mariya. Whether they’re browsing the garden centre or popping out for coffee, it’s often the highlight of her week. 💛

Being a Support Worker means making sure people can keep doing the things they love, whether that’s picking out their favourite biscuits or enjoying a quiet moment in the sunshine.

Aaron and Ellie have been out and about this week meeting with brand new Care clients. These meetings enabled them to introduce Indiana to the local Cornish community and show them how our staff can help them out in times of need.

We are very pleased to welcome Aaron to our team in Truro! Aaron is joining us as our new Administrator, and he'll be playing a key role in supporting the smooth running of our services✨

Aaron has over 10 years experience working within Domiciliary Care and Supported Living. Aaron is passionate about this industry and we cannot wait to see him pour his passion into his new role.

You’ll also be seeing Aaron out and about as he gets involved in developing packages of care and working closely with both staff and service users to ensure we continue to deliver high quality, person centred support.

Monday morning is here and a new week begins. This weeks shoutout goes to steve hodge from our Plymouth Office who has been super busy developing our Supported Living sector of the business for both Plymouth and Truro.

‼️ Did you know that Indiana Healthcare currently have 2 Supported Living homes in the Plymouth area, where we can support service users in transitioning into their own living space. We are currently developing homes in the Cornwall area and hoping to support even more service users transitioning into their own homes.

Steve has over 10 years experience working within Care and he is our strategy guru.
