YOU'RE ONLY ONE DECISION AWAY FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LIFE....I used to hate that phrase....but it's so true.

Tomorrow I'm coming BACK TO THE UK after a decision I made 5 months ago...

On June 21st 2022, I had just come back from the isle of wight music festival and made the decision that the next 12 months are not going to be the same as the last 12 months.....That on June 21st 2023, I was going to have some new stories to tell of some adventures I've had!

That decision has lead to one hell of a roller coaster.

Since then, I've been continuing my work with clients while travelling through Ireland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania and CANADA. I've visited draculas castle, the set of my favourite tv show growing up, I've seen the most beautiful forests mountains and lakes, met incredible people, interviewed one of my real life heroes and....have discovered and put together a new type of therapy which blows me away.

But it's not over.

I'm coming home to move in with my partner and start a whole new adventure, we're going to be coming back out to canada for 5 months next April after visiting Croatia.

Now....

I'm not saying these things to boast. I've been on social media for over 7 years. Flexing isn't my thing. This hasn't been written so you can say "well good for you hypno boy ya little show off"!

I've written this as an example to show you the POWER of making ONE DECISION.

As we approach Christmas and New Year, I'm inviting you to make the same decision. To let the next year be different from this one. So you can end your 2023 with some great stories under your belt. Of things you've achieved, experiences you've had and the person you've become.

It might start with you saying "it's over", or "I do", "I quit" or "Let me begin". It may even start with asking someone for help. My virtual door is open and I'd love to hear what you would like the next year to look like. Comment below with your decision!

I'VE BEEN ABLE TO MA******TE AGAIN AND IT'S BEEN GLORIOUS!!

No, not my confession...but instead an unorthodox and wonderful message i received from a client. (trigger warning)

After suffering a s*xual attack several years ago, my client had attended years of psychotherapy and was considering higher doses of medication to help process the trauma they went through.

The incident had completely affected their current s*x life, alone and with partners, and they felt they were in a corner and couldn't get out of.

Hypnotherapy is rarely the first route that an individual might take for an incident like this but it is powerful....

After only 15 minutes of hypnosis, they could now think about those memories without the emotional charge attached to them - incredible!

It's tragic that I come across incidents like these far too often, it's a sensitive topic and it's horrendous that any human alive should ever have to experience this. Its important to realise though that it is possible to process events like these in a safe, rapid and painless way.

The past doesn't have to dictate the future, and no one has the right to take that power away from anyone else.
