The Great Escape runs every Tuesday and Thursday 10am to 1pm at St Budeaux and Barne Barton wellbeing hub. This men's mental health and wellbeing gardening group provides a supportive and understanding space to be a man. Building self esteem & confidence, sharing skills, improving wellbeing, creating a sense of belonging, getting dirty and having a good belly laugh! Getting out of your comfort zone is incredibly difficult. Adopting an ACTION technique can help.

At each stage of doing something that feels hard.... say to yourself

Just do the behaviour!
For example getting out for a walk,
To get off the sofa (just do the behaviour
To get your shoes and coat on ( just do the behaviour
To get out the door ( just do the behaviour

Give it a go peeps, it can work miracles
