🧡Yoga & Movement - suited to all levels, Becky at Byoga provides options and advocates gentle movement over rigid postures. So perfect for beginners as well as seasoned yogis.
🧡Breathwork - learn different techniques and practices to calm the nervous system and bring balance and harmony.
🧡A space to reflect, journal your thoughts, improve self awareness and gain meaningful insights. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience guided visualisation to help bring your goals and dreams alive.
🧡Rest and relaxation - it wouldn’t be a retreat without deep rest and time to unplug ourselves from our daily ‘to do’ list. Deep rest enhances our mood, improves decision making and creativity, lowers the risk of stress, anxiety and heart related issues, boosts our immunity and improves our resilience. So doing nothing is doing a whole load of good!
We’ll ensure you leave feeling relaxed, rested and restored.

We’ll provide yoga mats and blocks although feel free to bring your own for added comfort. We’ll also provide a selection of teas, coffee and fruit.
