I truly believe all of us living on and in Mother Earth right now are being given the opportunity to absorb unique energies to help us take time to be still and listen to our inner knowing.

It’s a time to let go of our “stories”.
A time to forgive ourselves and those who have been our teachers through the tough lessons.
Know that we are surrounded by these energies right now. Energies which will enable us to let go of all which no longer serves us.

You can do this by giving yourself permission to stop looking at others to blame for your pain and suffering and instead forgive and move forward.

Right now we have the galactic energy of 3iAtlas upon us, we are in new moon energy and of course today we have the Solstice.

Sending you all much love and Solstice Blessings as we step into this New Earth.

My life changed when I realised how I kept myself busy to distract from going within to “know myself.”
So I let go of the distractions and irritations and took time to be still. Then I began to feel an inner peace where I observed myself and made the changes within to be my true authentic self.

I share this with you all to ask you to let go of the busyness of life, stop numbing yourself and instead begin to go within and let your soul guide you forward.

It will be uncomfortable while you learn to speak authentically because people automatically try to stop the truth being spoken because it makes us have to take responsibility for our own actions.

But always remember to stand in love and all will be as it is meant to be.

I feel so excited about this Free Arcturian Meditation with Energetic Coding that I just had to share it with you.

Do you look at life through the eyes of a victim?

Do you want to change the patterns of negativity in your life?

Be brave and allow yourself to look within to ask yourself why you are stuck in these patterns?

Allow the part of you which feels hurt, angry, frustrated, victimised etc to talk to you, and as you start to reassure that part of you, you will begin to break the pattern of pain which keeps you stuck in this inner belief.

Talk to yourself, be your own therapist. Observe how you act when you go into that destructive pattern and then reassure yourself that it’s safe to act differently.

When I noticed myself acting like I was a victim I used to kindly have a bit of fun with myself and ask myself if I would like to change my glasses into ones which weren’t a victims glasses. “Hey, it worked for me”

When I observed myself I saw how often I felt life wasn’t fair. So I gave myself a positive affirmation which was affirming the opposite to my feelings and emotions.
In just a few short weeks of saying “life is fair and just” i won £500.

So I invite you to be brave enough to go into your shadow side and make the changes within because what we change within is then reflected in our outer lives.

Once again the Arcturian’s give us some simple guidance on how raising our personal vibration helps to raise the whole of consciousness.

They reveal that the energies in October will make it easier to open our heart space further.

They talk briefly about other galactic beings having an interest in extracting minerals from our planet and they ask us to send them love ,because love conquers everything.

Reassurance is given that all the work we have done to raise the energy on our planet so far won’t slip backwards.

They invite us to find our own personal resonance so we can live in harmony with those who resonate at the same vibration and they tell us how those who don’t want to live in harmony will begin to leave the earth.

They explain how you can find your personal resonance through music and invite you to chant a daily OM in the pitch you have chosen. This will rid you of any blocks which may be holding you back.

On this workshop we will cover the importance of protecting your space, cleansing your room, and how to feel and sense the healing energy and how to use it to encourage your body to heal itself.
There are many different forms of healing and in this workshop we touch on the laying on of hands, using a pendulum and using the vibration of sound to heal.
After a meditation and putting your protection in place, we cover how to scan the aura, sweep the aura and how to ground the energy of the person you are giving the healing to.
You will learn how to give a full healing session so you can use it on your friends and family or on yourself.

The power of Now!
In this video The Arcturians invite us to take a moment to pause in our lives so that we may remember who we are, that being that we are all galactic beings.

They invite us to go within to experience the deep knowing that there is only now and tell us about the blue light and the healing vibrations they bring among us.

They talk about dates and how some of us may feel called to go to certain places at certain times to gather together with others.
They explain that even if we can’t make the arranged earth time we can still be together at a later earth time because we can visit any time or place by going into the NOW.

For example if we wanted to go to a group meditation or spiritual gathering but couldn’t make it at the arranged time we can sit within ourselves and connect in at another time but still be a part of that gathering because it’s our intention to tap into the consciousness of that moment.

To help you understand the illusion of time they ask you to go deep into meditation and see how long it felt you were meditating when you come back into your body.

Lastly they invite us to breathe their blue light into our hearts and invite us to call in that healing blue light when we need it.

Sekhmet Egyptian Goddess

In this video the Egyptian Goddess Sekhmet talks through me. I was totally unaware that she was going to step forward during my conversation with the Sirians and Arcturians.

I have felt connected to Sekhmet for many years and it makes sense to me now why I have always felt the warrior energy with me. She has been guiding me for many years but never have I felt her so clearly as when she talked through me.

She brings the same message of choosing your battles that I put out on my “are you a fighter or a warrior” video which you can watch also my YouTube channel

I very nearly cut out the bit where she talks about me but I felt I would not be doing you all a service if I am bringing messages of standing in your true power and authenticity if I am then allowing my own inner fears of ridicule to stop me showing the whole message.

Sekhmet is a warrior and a healer and it’s through her own journey as a warrior that she brings us her great knowledge and guidance. She encourages those of you who know in your heart that you are a healer to follow your souls guidance to become the best healer you can be.

She asks you to take a deep breath before asking yourself to show you the healer within you and how you can bring them forth to work with those inner energies.
This will lead you to healing yourself and will take us further into being a greater consciousness of togetherness.

She thanks us for all the spiritual growth we have had this year by working on ourselves and how it has raised the consciousness on Earth.
