Vikki had a lot on her plate over the last couple of weeks, including illness, so she really wasn’t expecting much from her first body scan… but wow, the results absolutely shocked her 😱
Her non-scale victories have been incredible:
😴 Dramatically improved sleep
🍫 Fewer cravings
✨ Feeling so much better in herself
☕ Reduced her caffeine intake massively - with no headaches or withdrawal
And then there were the scan results… 👀

This one’s for you if you enjoy weekends away and have a ridiculously busy social life!
If you don’t want to give up alcohol.
And if weight loss isn’t your main goal.

Michelle never joined for weight loss.
She came to me already in great shape and with a fairly good understanding of how to fuel her body.
She just wanted more energy, fine-tune a little stubborn body fat, gain some more lean muscle and feel better day to day.

She’s also a bit of a rebel when it comes to weekends away, socialising and alcohol…
But the beauty is, that fits into her plan 😜

No guilt. No restriction. No “undoing” weekends.
Just small tweaks, reviewed regularly and steady progress every time.
Michelle is in her 50s (I KNOW RIGHT!!!!) and absolutely thriving, without giving up the life she enjoys.

Not entirely sure how I’m still powering through today…
My daughter decided to steal three hours of my sleep last night 😅
After a pretty hectic weekend of learning, training and partying, it could’ve been a slow one!
But, being back in the club with my incredible members has completely lifted me.
Unbelievably productive day, doing what I love and helping more people feel amazing 🤍
Loved sharing with more people what I call 'work' this evening too! 💚

Grateful for the opportunity to impact more lives, who else is joining us in 2026?!
