Arrived in Coventry yesterday… raining, a little tired, and all I wanted to do was relax in our cute Air B&B 😅
But… a run was on the agenda.
It got me thinking 🤔
It’s not about being motivated… it’s about your habits.
You don’t get results from the days you feel good.
You get results from the days you don’t.
Do it when you’re tired.
Do it when you’re stressed.
Do it when you’ve had a long day.
Do it when you can’t really be bothered.
Because that’s what actually moves the needle.
Anyone can eat well and train when everything’s going right.
But what about when it’s not?
That’s where most people slip.
🍽️ Plan your food and stick to it
🏋️‍♀️ You know you’ve got a session, so do it.
🥤 Hit your protein.

Paula’s first review… and this made me smile 🥺
Her reaction when I showed her the results:
"Really? I’ve been eating so much more though?" 😂
This is exactly it.
So many people think they need to eat less to get results…but actually, most people are under-eating, then stuck in a cycle of cravings, low energy and no progress.
Here’s what Paula’s done so far:

🫶🏼No cravings (even crisps 👀)
🫶🏼Still enjoying social events

She's got holidays coming out of her blooming ears and yet she's still able to stay consistent on plan and chipping away at her result 🥳

69.5cm gone from her body measurements 🥺🥹!!

Becky said she's definitely found the balance between both lifestyle and her plan now and never feels guilty for enjoying life. 🙏🏼
Her understanding of nutrition has increased so much since joining club and she's now fuelling her body correctly (most 😂) days!!

Cheeky review in for Lara 👀🤣
It’s actually impossible to be serious in club sometimes 😂
BUT… these results deserve a serious moment 👏🔥
Lara joined and was just focusing on feeling better, building consistency and looking after herself 💚
THEN… along comes a Mother’s Day present…
👉 A HALF MARATHON ENTRY 🥳🏃‍♀️

That's when we had to adjust a few things and we were able to support her in a training plan for the half as well as a nutrition plan to go with it!

She's running twice a week and GAINED LEAN MUSCLE 💪🏼 Which a lot of people think you can’t do ❌ ☺️

No crazy gym schedule in sight, just slight adjustments, consistency and the right support from us 🎉

Lara has lost an incredible 51cm, and taken 10 years off her inner body clock. She's leaner, healthier, impacting her families health and having lots of fun, in club, along the way!

From just getting started, to taking on a half marathon — unreal! So proud of you Lara!!

So many people are starting to notice how amazing she is looking, compliments keep coming and she's noticed her skin is feeling so much healthier and brighter ✨🥺

Vikky's now buying smaller clothes, feeling a lot more toned and has dropped a whopping 35cm off her body measurements!!

Vikky finds the plan super easy to stick too even tho she is ridiculously busy juggling so much on top of family and work life. We've cracked it 💪🏼🙏🏼

Marie's review ✨
It's very interesting watching how much our members change their mindset around things like - Weight, calories and fats! Marie used to be very focused around calories, limiting fats and avoiding carbs as-well as letting the scales determine her progress.
Since being in the club, I've watched Marie's mindset shift to really focusing on eating more, fuelling her body properly, not being afraid to add more fats to her diet and not being bothered about her weight!

Her results have been amazing!
💥 Her clothes are looser
💥 Skin is better, brighter and softer
💥 Taken 74.5cm off her body measurements
💥 Dropped 5.6 KG
💥 Maintaining muscle

When weight is your focus, it can make you question so much. Is it working, why aren't the scales moving, you start to limit calories, up your steps or even throw the towel in completely.
